How much does SoleTasker cost?
SoleTasker is $29/month ex GST after your free trial. There is one plan and no separate feature tiers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 7 days to try the full product, with no credit card required to start.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You are not automatically charged. To continue with paid access, choose to subscribe and complete the secure Stripe checkout.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract and you can cancel at any time.
How much voice capture is included?
The plan includes 300 voice captures each month. Each recording can be up to two minutes long.
How does voice to task work?
Tap the microphone and speak naturally. SoleTasker transcribes the recording and helps turn it into a task, reminder or job note for you to review and save.
Can I use SoleTasker with a small team?
Yes. Add your partner, admin or workers, assign tasks and use My Day to structure what each person needs in front of them.
Does SoleTasker create and send invoices?
SoleTasker keeps invoice and certificate records connected to the job and helps you track outstanding admin. It does not replace Xero or another accounting platform.
Can SoleTasker help me request Google reviews?
Yes. Save your Google review link and SoleTasker can prepare a review-request message using the customer's phone number. You check it and tap send.
What is a Future Prospect?
When a customer mentions extra work, record it as a Future Prospect against the job. It stays visible for you to find and follow up later.
How does the SWMS feature work?
SoleTasker can pull the site address from a job, let you review hazards and workers, then save or share a SWMS PDF. You remain responsible for making it accurate and suitable for the work and site.
What devices does it work on?
SoleTasker is a web app that works through modern browsers on iPhone, Android and desktop. There is no App Store download.
Are payments and my data secure?
Stripe handles checkout, so SoleTasker does not receive your full card number. SoleTasker uses authenticated access and cloud security controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. See our Privacy Policy for details.
